Wayne began his broadcasting career in 1997 in hospital radio at Radio Odstock in Salisbury and was soon picked up by the local commercial radio station, Spire fm.

After gaining invaluable experience presenting music programmes and sports reporting he moved to Bournemouth based NRG (now Fire) and Southampton's South City fm.

Following 3 years in radio Wayne made the switch to television when he joined Eurosport in 2000 at their Paris based head quarters where he spent 2 years helping launch the Eurosport news channel.

During his time in the French capital he freelanced with several Paris based companies including Canal plus, Canal France International, Sportfive and Motors TV.

Returning to the UK in 2002 he became freelance where former employers Eurosport continue to be his main client. His voice has also appeared on Channel 4 and Sky sports in the UK and Worldwide productions for several companies including TWI, Matchroom, Rai (Italy), Sportfive ,Canal plus (France), Ten sports (UAE) and Alkass (Qatar)
